I was checking fuses in my car, I took them all out, one by one, I tested them, and then put them back in their proper places. I triple checked all of them to make sure they were all the way in. Then I replaced my driver's side headlight. AND NOW IT WON'T START! I have no idea what happened. The car pings erraticly, and all the signal lights flash at the same time, really fast without the signal or hazards being on. The engine ticks when I turn the key. The engine clicks underneath the main fusebox when I try to start it. I tried disconnecting the battery to reset the computer, but that didn't work.

Try this. It sounds like you reset the anti-theft

GM PASS LOCK RELEARN- Ignition to "run" position, try to start and let key return to "run" position
Approx ten minutes security light will go off
Turn key "off" and wait 5 seconds
Repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 relearns.
Turn key off, then start it
