Hello-
My radiator has been leaking for about 2 weeks now and I have gone to auto zone to see what they would be able to help me with. They gave me this stop leaks oil to pour into my coolant tank that was supposed to stop the leaks. I have done this twice and every couple of days my low coolant light comes on and my coolant tank is empty. I have filled it up 4 or 5 times now and it just came on again. Is there another way that I would be able to see what is wrong that is cost efficient?

Thank You

Hi there,

Stop leaks are a waste of time and money and they can do more damage than good, you need to go get the cooling system pressure tested to locate any external leaks, if the radiator is leaking it will have to be repaired or replaced.
