My car has a radiator cap problem and I am addressing that. However, when the car reaches 210 degrees (approx.) The radiator startes to make this pop pop pop sound. It only comes from the driver side and I don't understand why it would make that sound.

Popping noises are usually coolant boiling. Make sure you have a 50/50 mix of water and coolant.

There could also be a colapsed hose, or an air bubble in system.

Drain coolant and refill with 50/50 mix.

If problem persists, you may need a new waterpump.
