The first time I drive the car it runs fine. But after I turn the key off and start driving it again It will all at once just shut off. After setting for 5 to 30 minutes it will start up and run again, but will again shut off 1/2 mi to 2 mi down the road. After setting overnight the cycle starts all over. When it shuts off it has no spark. Found burnt spot on ignition switch, replaced, not fixed, found crushed crank sensor wires, replaced not fixed, had ICM tested, good, had good used coils, tried, not fixed. Corrosion on Computer, replaced, not fixed. Disabled Paslock system, by unplugging from key cylinder, not fixed. Got used ICM, not fixed.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Are their any relays that could be overheating and causing this. Spoke to GM and they said no although I found a Ignition Timing relay in the wiring diagram. Could this be the culprit.

There are No Codes recorded and yes we did replace the crank sensor, ignition switch and computer. We tested the ICM, and it tested good, but decided to get a used ones that came with coils and replaced it. We disabled the theft system (Passlock). The problem still exists. The only thing that looks off on our scanner is the timing is being retarded -18 and lower. No miss fire, car runs smooth and fast until it just shuts down.

And you sure have no spark?
Maybe should be looking at the fuel and fuel pump

Yes we are absolutely sure there is not spark.

Fuel pressure was tested and in the optimum range. Fuel Pump, Fuel pressure regulator and relay were replaced last year.
