I AM TRYING TO FIND OUT WHY MY WINDOW KEEP COMING OFF TRACK I REPLACE THE MOTOR AND IT STILL NOT WORKING CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT MIGHT BE WRONG

You replaced the motor, did you replace the regulator too? Check also the weather stripping in the door frame wear the window rides and sits it may be damaged or out of position. If you did not replace the regulator and the weather stripping looks ok change the regulator
