how do you remove the fan or get it out of the car to remove the radiator

They are usually held in place with bolts or plastic push holders. Remove the electrical connector and look at the outer edges of the fans assy. For the holders.

If you suspect the fan motor is bad, first disconnect the electrical connector and apply 12V to the fan motors, if they run, then the fans are not the problem. Could be a relay, fan switch or fuse.
