Engine Mechanical problem
1993 Pontiac Grand Am 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

What do I need to repair when I start my car and shift it into drive and the engine stalls out? And when I start the car the idoling is funny and the intake manefold shakes? Also my horn gets stuck and keeps going off after I push it. I just got new tires (size 195-70) and when I go over 65 my car shakes really bad.

It sounds like you have quite a few problems, I'll try to give you some ideas, but with the multitude of symptoms they are going to be conjecture (my best guess) and my take a few posts back and forth.
Lets start with your drivability concerns, with the year of your vehicle and the fact you posted that it is a 4 cyl I would guess it is a 2.3 litre engine. How many miles are on the vehicle (engine) 2.3 litre engines are known for timing probems at 100,000 or so (worn chaines/belts and gears) this could give you stalling and idling issuse.
Before tearing into you engine check the basics, spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap and rotor, air filter and fuel filter. If you do not know how long ago when they have been replaced and any of them look like they have been there quite a while replace them. Check your fuel pressure also, should be 41 - 47 psi.
When you say the intake manifold shakes, does it shake like it is loose from the engine or does the entire engine shake? If it is the manifold alone, this is a problem. Let me know and we can go into more detail on that.
Next up, your horn. If it contunues to sound after you have let off the button how do you make it stop? The horn system is rather simple in your vehicle, there is the horn switch, horn relay and the horn itself. If the horn is working it is most likely not the wiring or the horn. You need to check the relay and the switch, one of them is probably sticking.
Now your shake over 65 mph. Did it shake before the new tires? Do you have steel or aluminum wheels? The most usual suspects here are tires not properly balanced, a bent wheel or a loose wheel. If it did not shake before the new tires, contact the center where you bought the tires, tell them of the problem and see if they will check the tires and balance. A reputible shop will do this for you free of charge, especialy if it was a recent purchace. Keep in mind that the balance of tires changes as they wear, so if had been a long time since you purchased the tires (a few months or over like 5,000 miles) there may be a charge. If you have aluminum wheels the lug nuts should be rechecked about a week after they are removed for any reason, again any reputible repair center will do this free of charge after they have worked on your vehicle (it's good customer relations and a good way for them to avoid a costly "wheel off")
Here's a few ideas and a few questions, get back to me and we'll try to get this all figured out for you.
