My Passenger Rear tire is stuck on... I have tried the Beating method to lossen the tire with no Success what do you Sujjest I do next... I even tried to Drop the Car on the cars weight onto the tire with no Lugs and it still didnt move even drove it up and down driveway really slow hoping it would sort of come off, but no Success what do I do next?

Put it on a floor jack , and a jack stand ,make sure it is secured , use a spray lubricant and give it time to soak, then go from the inside and kick it outwards.

use pentrating oil and never go under a car unless it has a good jack stand.
