My driver side window will not automatically roll down anymore when i hit the button. Also when i close the door the window doesn't go the rest of the way up like it's supposed to when the door is closed. This started happening after my battery died. The battery is fine now and my passenger side window had the same problem but is fine as well.

you have to reinitialize the window.Close the door for the window being reinitialized.
Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
Hold the window switch up for two seconds after the window is closed, release the switch, then hold the switch up again for two seconds.
Lower the window all the way down and hold the switch down for two seconds.
Repeat the procedure for each window, including the rear quarter windows on convertible models, until all windows are initialized.
try this it should fix it.
