I replaced the window actuator on the pass. side front window and the window goes down but will not come back up

pull the switch off and use a test light to see if it sends power on the up position.

do I check the switch on the drivers side panel or do I check the passenger side or both

check passenger switch because if it goes down it's getting power from drivers side.
