1993 Pontiac Firebird V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i have fuel in my oilpan. Any answers why?

Either an injector bleeding down or the fuel pressure regulator is blown, The reg should be on the fuel rail with a vacuum line going to the intake manifold. Remove vacuum line and see if any fuel is present, if so replace the regulator
