Begin your diagnosis at the fuse box. Even if the fuses and relays are good, probe each connector, including the main power terminal for 12-v and any high resistance. (There may be a corroded/loose connector or terminal)
Then check your ignition switch/lock and it's contacts and wires all the way down the steering column and into the engine compartment.
If your alternator, bat and starter are known good parts, and your engine runs fine once started (good computer), then your problem has to be in the wiring/connectors. You just have to find it.
