Car engine sounds ruff when started. When I accelerate the car rpm gauge revs up but the car moves slow. Its also jerking as if its ready to clunkl out

Do you have a check engine light on?

If so have codes read at most autoparts stores for free.

But is sounds like a transmission problem (slipping).

You can check trans fluid (engine running). If OK, then best thing to do is take to dealer or trusted trans shop and have it diagnosed.
