I just took off winter tires and put on summer tires. Bought 2 new tires for front. Vibration started after tires were changed. Heavy vibration at 70 mph +. Tried re-balancing tires - did not work. Tried 2 more new tires on front end - did not work. Puzzeled. Wheel weights placed on inside of wheels. Does that matter

The weights don't matter if they know what they are doing with them and the tire ballancer. As far as the vibration, if you feel it in the steerng, try rotating the tires to see if the vibration changes. The only other thing I can think of is if they bent one of the rims when they mounted the tires with the machine.

Let me know if you already rotated them and the outcome.
