My ac compressor bearings went bad.I don't have the money for a new one so I was wondering if there is a belt made for a 1995 pontiac bonneville without using the ac?Thanks

Yes, I believe the autostore sells a belt, no ac, for your vehicle. Call the autostore and talk to them. Of the belt diagrams I looked at for your vehicle, one diagran showed a belt for no ac.
