I have a low milage 1961 Pontiac Bonneville and the rear main seal is starting to leak oil. Is their a product out there that may cure my leak without going through the work of replacing the gasket?
Thanks.

Wow! That is low mileage. Yes there are products that are designed to swell the seals and gaskets. If you stop at a parts store, explaine what the problem is and I'm sure they will have something for you. However, a 61 with 15K on it may be worth repairing properly.

Let me know what you find and if it works.
