1991 Pontiac 6000 does not run

the car has good fuel pressure at the fuel rail and good spark at the ignition coils but the car does not run. if you put starting fluid down the air fillter the car runs. it seems like there is no fuel reatching the injectors

Engine cranking, do you have an injector pulse? Use a noid lite. Use a gage and check for proper fuel pressure. Some of the national brand autostores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage. Any applicable mil codes? Could be an issue with ignition module or problem with wiring circuit, somewhere, it's hard to be positive?
