The dash illumination has many tiny bulbs that were replaced all the time, you need to test that small fuse with them turned on. You may have a bad combination switch, cause that covers everything. You need to use a test light and get behind each bulb socket to test for power. Buy one at the store they have here and read how to use it. If you already have start with one item at a time, and remember there are fuses and relays in two locations, inside and in the engine compartment. And good luck also.
