1997 plymouth grand voyager 3.3

starts and stalls several times for about 10 minutes before it starts up, then idles fine and stays running except once in while comming to a stop after fisrt taking off after start up it will stall, but start up quick and run fine. Untill it is shut off and sits for a while (several hours) then I have to run through the routine every time to get started and running,
unless it sits for a few minutes it takes less time to get it started and running.

I have replaced.
1. Fuel pump
2. Fuel filter
3. Camshaft sensor
4. Crankshaft sensor
5. Ignition coil
6. PCM was checked out and replaced but was fine.
7. Plugs & wires
8. Cleaned throttle body and new air filter
9 rubber o ring.

after all this it still takes this routine to get running, so I took it to an Auto repair shop they looked at it, advised it has fuel presure, spark, and compression everything is ok with PCM and crank and cam.

Mechanic advised they did not know what else to do and advised me take it to a dealership for intermediate electrical repair. They did not charge me for the work they did with checking it and the PCM.

How many senosrs do I have to replace to get to the right one? Also the service engine light would come on I would fix what code it read (PCM, ignition coil, crank and camshaft senor) and a different one would come up there after?

after internet searches Im not the only one with this problem but there are alot of different answers.
I'm now looking at checking the idle air control, pcv, fuel pump relay.

Why does this model do this?
Is it something easliy fixed or do I have to dump $85.00 and hour at dealership for and easy unknown fix?

Clean out the idle air control valve, EGR and PCV valves and clean the MAF sensor with electronic cleaner CRC and test the throttle position-to include a fuel pressure check, also check the engine coolant temperature sensor

Replaced the MAP sensor, PCV valve and hose.(Very dirty) with very soft flakey oily residue.

Heres a kicker though.
Runs fine without the PCV pluged in!

I found a build up of oily sludge and soft flakey sluge in the MAP sensor itself and where it plugs into the manifold had some build up around the bottom edge.

Stuck screw driver into MAP hole and pulled out quite abit of oily soft flaky sludge

*IS there a cleaner that can be used to spray in or use?

(no oil in air filter area)

There IS vacum into where the PCV plugs in.

Even with the new MAP sensor as soon as I plug the PCV valve in it slows idel and stalls then starts and when put in gear. BUT, runs absolutly fine without the PCV plug in.

*Has to be some vacum issues but dont know what?
I will try the EGR next and Idle air control, and maybe replace all the vac lines.

* Dont know where MAF sensor is or what it looks like.

Fuel presure is good replaced relay Just in case, and the pressure and compression and spark was checked at mechanic. Engine coolant is good no over heating issues.
