My check engine light came on two weeks ago. I had the van checked and was told the code was for a faulty ignition coil. I had it replaced as well as the plugs and wires. It worked for a day and I got the check engine light again and the engine was shaking. I had it look at again and was told it was my PCM. I had it replaced. I got the van back yesterday after being tested for a few days at the shop and it ran fine. I went to get gas and turned it off while it was getting filled. I turned it on and my check engine light came on and began to flash and the engine began to shake.

What can be causing this? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like there are some comunuication gaps between the shop and you.

Do not drive it with the light flashing, too much fuel is contaminating the converters and will likely cause damage.

What code numbers are listed?

You have a bad misfire situtaion that is related to the ignition system. It makes sense since too fuel fuel is going unburned. Code 43 has to do with multple misfires and the coils.
