I'm in pain; why?

If you won't bother to provide a few details, don't expect us to make anything other than wild guesses as to the cause.

Seam in radiator tank, torn seal in petcock, corroded core plug, loose heater hose clamp, pinhole in lower radiator hose, a rock punctured a radiator tube, cracked cylinder head, broken solder joint on a tube of the heater core, deteriorated thermostat housing gasket, leaking water pump front seal, torn water pump gasket, corroded cylinder head gasket, leaking coolant temperature sensor, radiator cap seal leaking, crack in the overflow reservoir, cracked engine block.

If you know coolant is leaking out, you must be able to provide the tiniest bit of information such as: a green puddle under the front bumper, by the right front tire, near the back of the engine, on top of the engine, under the tail pipe, on the passenger side carpet. Can you smell it? Is there a film on the windshield? Do you see steam when the engine is hot. Do you hear any hissing?

My doctor doesn't know if he should treat me for a stomach ache, a cut-off foot, or a hang nail. Wouldn't he expect me to provide a little information?

The list of no-start causes is three times longer. Without some clues as to when it happened, how it acts, and things you've already checked, my best guess is to put gas in the tank.
