This happens when the seat bottom gets wet and starts to sag triggering the occupant detection sensor in the cushion, or the occupant detection sensor is going bad, try to connect the seat belt even though no one is in the seat to see if that makes the warning go away. Here is the location of the sensor so you can check it out or replace it. Let's run the codes to see if any come up. This video will show you how.
