The parking brake is stuck engaged. I have tried repeatedly pushing and releasing the parking brake pedal and rocking the truck back and forth, but it will not release.

Hello,

This could be due to a disconnected brake cable or a seized brake.
Frist inspect the brake cable. Make sure that it is connected securely and does not have a broken or damaged component.

If the cables checks out then the issue is likely within the brake.

I have attached the diagrams for the brake system from the pedal to the equalizer.

Please let me know what you find.

Thank you.
