Yes, anytime unmetered air gets into the system, it changes things. Most times, it will cause the O2 sensors to read as a lean setting (po171). The computer then adjusts the fuel mixture to make it richer. Once the limit is reached, (po174 po175) is set indicating the system has reached a calibrated limit and the mixture is rich. Both of these codes are most likely the result of the po171.
The po430 indicates an issue with bank 1 cat converter. Usually, the converter is bad for this code to come on.
The 172 is a rich mixture. Most likely, that is a result of a sensor that is not getting unmetered air and the computer compensating for the lean mixture.
The 1132 and 1152 indicate the sensors fail to switch due to exceeded calibrations.
I would start by fixing the exhaust leaks. These are all tied together. The 301 indicated a cylinder 1 misfire, but I believe you already know that.
