Overheating

I had to change the radiator because the nose for hose snapped off and a crack across radiator.it never overheated before until I change the radiator and it started overheating I thought the thermostat was bad so I changed the thermostat too. then I had to change the crankshaft position sensor because it's still running hot and I still haven't got it fixed yet. could I have a crack head or blown head gasket? there's no water in my oil, there's no white smoke coming out of exhaust pipe, there's no leakage under the exhaust manifold, there's no leaks coming out on the ground or the hoses. i checked the spark plugs, no coolant on the or in hole. but got bubble in radiator. not a lot of them but a couple here and there. i used bars leak head gasket sealer two cans, nothing, did nothing at all. what you think?
