Hi,

This can be caused by several things. Does it happen regardless of driving speed? Have you replaced the thermostat? Is there any indication that it could be related to a head gasket issue?

Here are a couple links you may find helpful. If it happens regardless of speed, chances are the thermostat needs replaced. If you can think of anything that causes it or if it just happens all the time, let me know.

Take a look through these links. The first describes the thermostat and the second shows in general how one is replaced.

Also, let me know if the leak is only from the overflow bottle.

Take care,
Joe
