1995 Olds Delta 88,6cy, 300. milage 80,000
Had been using cruise contro.
Start car, start driving, engine begins to gain speed. If you pull over and turn off ignition and turn on again car will indle normal. The minute you do any exceleration engine increases. Help

Try this clean out the throttle body/plate and check the accelerator cable and adjustment. and may be the IACV or ISC
