1983 Oldsmobile Cutlass V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i was driving down the road and my car jus dies I tried to start it again but it wouldnt start I removed the battery to see if that was the problem I got a new one but it still wouldnt turn over I got a new starter and that didnt worki dont know what to do the car wont start the car clicks when I try to start it but its not a continuse click what could be wrong

Does the starter crank the engine at all? Also, can you identify where the click is coming from?
