Hello,
It sounds like you might have a faulty fuel pressure regulator. When a regulator fails it can either provide no/low fuel of too much fuel.
Check the fuel pressure. There is a port on the fuel rail that you can use to test the pressure.
You will need to use a fuel pressure test tool, which you can rent from any of your local parts stores.
This vehicle should have 60-66 PSI of fuel pressure with the key On and engine Off.
