I have a problem with my car burning too much oil. I just recently gave it an oil change, changed all the coils and put new spark plugs. I passed a smog and it runs pretty decent. But it still burning too much oil. I did this tune up about a week and a half ago if that. And already I had to add another 2 quarts. What could be the reason? Please help.

Good morning,

Do you have any external leaks? Is there any puddles on the ground?

If there is, you need to have the leaks identified and repaired.

If there are no leaks, then most likely you are burning the oil in the cylinders from worn piston rings.
