Oil Pump gear that time belt spins broke meaning it was spinning freely without pumping oil.

Noticed this when car pulled out of garage to go to store so quickly put it back in garage, only moved car again to put it in position to change the oil pump.

The oil pump then changed but afterward when the engine started oil pouring out of top of oil pan.

Replaced old oil pan gasket with RTV, let dry 24 hours, started engine - same problem.

Then I tried a new oil pan gasket instead of RTV but the same problem.

Then I tried with a new oil pan and new oil pan gasket - same problem.

Any thoughts on what could be the root cause?

We need to see where the oil is leaking from, it could be the oil pump itself or the oil pressure sender or possibly the oil filter.
