That sounds like the gasket between the oil filter adapter and the engine block has failed. Item 3 and the seal on the front of item 4 would be the likely suspects. The entire thing is held together with the tube that the oil filter threads onto. Over time the tube can loosen just a bit or the gaskets just get old. To replace you remove the filter, use a socket to unscrew the tube then clean the surfaces and replace the gaskets. Reinstall the tube and torque it down. Put the filter back on and your leak should be gone.
