Oil leak?

Is it advisable to buy (purchase) a used 2010 Automatic transmission Peugeot online with the following advisory.
Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories):
1. Oil leak, but not excessive (8.4.1 (a) (i))
2. Nearside Front Brake disc worn, pitted or scored, but not seriously weakened (1.1.14 (a) (ii))
3. Offside Front Brake disc worn, pitted or scored, but not seriously weakened (1.1.14 (a) (ii))
4. Nearside Front Anti-roll bar ball joint has slight play (5.3.4 (a) (i))

The following advisories has been there of over 2 years now. The seller wants about £1,700 for the car.

Hi,

This vehicle isn't offered in the US, so I'm not familiar with it. However, what you have described as far as the brakes don't sound like anything more than brake pads and rotors will need to be replaced.

As far as the oil leak, is it coming from a place you can identify? Also, is the rest of the vehicle in good condition?

I'm not comfortable getting a car online, personally. It is too easy to hide things. However, that doesn't mean in this case there will be problems.
