2008 Peugeot 207 losing power

when press gas pedal engine has no respond and slows down to minimum speed. Replaced coil pack and spark plugs but it is still same. when comes to junctions where I have to slow down I can not get engine acceleration on in order to move . I have only seen 2 warning on the dash board as pollution warning. but car electrician couldn't find any error related to the lander ( oxygen sensor) but I have a doubt that it is the reason . can you help

I have seen where the cat converter can block the exhaust system causing the problem you describe, check out this link
