Oil leaking and oil light on.

Here is a guide that will help with figuring this out. We need to locate the oil leak as this is why the light is coming on.

Do you have a general area that you are seeing the oil? I would recommend cleaning off all the oil residue and then filling the engine to the proper level and then start checking for where the oil is coming from while the engine is still hot. You can also install some oil dye in the engine to help identify where it is coming from.
