O2 sensor failure upstream bank 1

Yes, I have replaced my 02 sensor bank 1, 3 times and about one hour after replacing it the obd2 would read that the 02 sensor was bad. Can you tell me why please oh and also these are coming out pn the obd2 reader cat, evap, egr, ozs, htr.

No, replace the gasket and do not use any RTV.

The torque spec is 12 ft pounds.

What did you do to get this code?

This is for bank 1 sensor 2. It is the sensor on the driver's side down behind the converter.
