Welcome to 2CarPros.
If you have confirmed the battery is good, are you certain the battery terminals and the main ground to the engine block from the battery are clean and tight?

Next, if you are hearing two clicks, either you have a bad connection, a weak battery, the starter is bad, or the engine is locked and preventing the starter from turning it. How have you confirmed the starter to be good as well as the battery?
Here are a couple links that may help:

Okay, the last link I added was about the starter. There are two connections on the starter, one direct from the battery (12v all the time) and a smaller one that connects to the S post on the starter. The smaller one on the starter should only get power when the key is in the start position as discussed in the link. If you have 12v at the smaller wire, and the main wire from the battery to the starter is good as well as the battery, then either the starter is bad or something happened to the engine which isn't allowing it to turn.
Please let me know if any of this helps or if you have other questions.
Take care and I'll watch for your reply.
Joe
