Not starting

It's turning over but its not getting gas and the fuel pump is coming on

With engine cranking, I want to check spark at the spark plugs, where applicable. Use a gage and check proper fuel pressure, engine cranking and check fuel injector pulse.

If you missing all three, check for an rpm signal, should come from crank sensor. Don't replace anything unless your testing points in that direction.
Also, check your security/theft system.

The fuel pressure you saw, might have come from the initial prime, that doesn't need an rpm signal.
