The first step is to read and record any diagnostic fault codes. Chrysler made doing that yourself much easier than any other manufacturer. Cycle the ignition switch from "off" to "run" three times within five seconds, without cranking the engine. Leave it in "run", then watch the code numbers appear in the odometer display. After that we will need to see if the automatic shutdown, (ASD) relay is turning on. The best tool for that is a simple test light. If you've never used one, check out this article:

You can find a perfectly fine test light at Harbor Freight Tools, Walmart, or any hardware store or auto parts store. We'll be testing on the wire that is the same color at every injector and ignition coil. I'll find the diagram in case we need it.
