It has got to have voltage because you said all six cylinders have a spark.

That is fusible link #7 under the hood, not a dedicated fuse or even a multi-purpose fuse.

Let's just start over.
No need to do the compression test again though.
You have spark at all six cylinders.
Do you have voltage to the fuel injectors with the key on run and on start?
Does the engine start and run for a few seconds after spraying a few shots of starting fluid into the throttle body?

That is the fuse you asked me to check # 7.

All six are firing, there is voltage to injectors (with tester grounded to negative terminals) the car will not start with fluid in throttle body.

Okay, you cannot ground the test light to the fuel injector negative wire, you have to use either a metal ground or the negative battery post.

Forget about the fuel injectors for right now, because the starting fluid should substitute for the entire fuel system.
If you have spark on all six, good compression and no fouled spark plugs, it has to be the firing order, unless of course you think the compression is good and it is not. What were the compression readings?

It does nothing but spin over. Does not even try to crank.

Actually #1 is near the firewall and on the passenger side.

Number 1,3, and 5, are all on the back side of engine . In that order.

Are you sure the firing order is correct though?

Is the towers on the distributor cap marked with numbers?

Check that firing order and make sure you have a good spark at all six, no weak sparks.

Are you sure the spark plugs are not smelling like gasoline? They can easily foul out again pretty quickly if for some reason you had no spark.
Did you just get done cleaning them when you told me so or did you just say that cause you cleaned them before?
Are these new or old spark plugs, are they gapped correctly and do the spark plug wires snap onto them good? In other words, if they are new, are they the proper distance out of the head so them spark plug wires can reach them, cause I do see a unusual setup with them spark plug wires.
It has to be something with the spark plugs cause you have everything else, spark, compression, fuel (starting fluid) and the correct firing order and a good spark.
Maybe, just maybe you should try some new spark plugs if you haven't already.
Pull 1 anyhow and smell it if it smells like gasoline.
