I have a 2002 dodge intrepid. Sometimes it randomly will not start. It will turn over but that is it.I have to let it sit for awhile, then it starts up and runs fine.I have noticed the last couple times that it has done it, my key fob won't work unlocking the doors, I have to use the key. And also occasionally when I get out of the car, if I touch the door it shocks me. Any ideas or thoughts on my issue will be highly appreciated.

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it. In your case it is advisable that a local pro do this. Also check battery in key fob and check key fob at auto parts see if it's works.

Forgot to mention earlier, A guy at Auto Zone told me awhile back that the brain could be going bad! Is that possible with what my car is doing?

Never believe what a parts guy tells you other than a part. They don't work on cars for a living we do

What should the fuel pressure read? Do you think that the key fob would have something to do with it not starting sometimes? It almost seems like the car goes into theft mode, because if the car sits for awhile it will start. Air bag light is also on now?

A pro will have to scan for codes for air bag 53-63 psi on fuel pressure key on only. As far as key fob I already mentioned to check battery in that and see if it works or not. I have no further suggestions or comments
