No start, no lights, no ac , no raido

The car will not turn over does not click, no lights battery is fine. It's like it's stuck in drive but it's in park. I know before when I try to start it and drive it does nothing that's what you doing now absolutely nothing.. there's a yellow light blinking on the left bottom and it looks like a bug and is blinking yellow. Checked all fuses put on new starter check the alternator and new battery.. I got this car without a key fob though and it's been running great for the past year.. I just went out one day and it would not start after it was running great the day before.. any ideas

Hi,

The anti-theft light is on top between 12 and 1 o'clock. The lower left is related to a rear spoiler. See pics 1 and 2 below to confirm I got the correct lights.

Is there anything electrical that works? You indicated "no lights". Also, if the dash turns on, see if it will start in neutral.

Let me know as much as you can. What works, what doesn't, and if there is a change in neutral.
