No start Kia, it fired on the starting fluid?

I sprayed starting fluid on the air cleaner on the filter and it fired on the starting fluid. I check the fuel pump, no power. No power to the tank safety switch no power. I have fuel on one gasoline line going to my fuel pump, the other is dry. I have been at this for more than a month. I am unable to find an answer that addresses this no-start Kia. Fix it or sell it?

Here are the engine and fuel pump wiring diagrams so you can see how the fuel pump is powered. I would start by checking the fuel pump fuse and relay in the under-hood fuse panel.
