No start starts then wont start after shut down

Your 128 code sis themostat malfunction and 431 is a converter problem or ecm problem so best a pro look at this also he can scan for the abs problem either a sensor or something else. There is not p0700 code listed. A pro has to look at everything under the scan to see if O2 sensors are working ok just to be sure check fuel pump pressure with a gauge should be 47-49 psi with vacuum line disconnected. Also try resetting your anti theft if no manual check online.

I know it's a trans code but for kia the don't list that one. And the 431 like I said can be an ecm problem but they have to use a scanner and see if O2 readings are normal and do a few other things that autoparts scanners can't do.
