I heard a loud noise after being parked with headlights off while car was running, I later got pulled over for a tail light being out. Tail light was dim, passenger side window wouldn't roll down, so I figured I had blown a fuse, pulled c1, metal circuit breaker under dash, and replaced. Now it will not start. It cranks but will not turn over. Tail light is working properly.

Hello,

When you heard the loud noise where did it come from the engine compartment? When you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine can you hear the pump in the tank?

This guide can help us get started.

Please run down this guide and report back.

Cheers, Ken

Ken, thank you for your response, I am not exactly sure where the noise came from, it sounded like we had hit something in the road, and I do believe I can hear the fuel pump kick on. I also hear a clicking in the glove compartment. I am going to throw my gloves on now and try to pin point my issue using the guide you provided. I strongly believe that when I replaced that fuse it tripped something by the manufacturer that would make the car not start or blew
another fuse. Thank you again I will let you know what I find momentarily.

The only thing pulling the fuse can do is set the alarm off. Is the security light flashing when you try to start it?
