will not start

rear ended a vehicle minimal damage. car will turn but not start. was able to get it to crank but lasted only for a few seconds. when tried to start it this morning- it turns but will not start.

in the right front kick panel, under dash passenger front behind the trim panel, there is a fuel cut off switch that shuts off fuel in the event of an accident. it has a ball at the top and it must be pushed down to re set. check it.
