My daytime running lights and low beams don’t work my high beams do. If I turn my lights on before I put the car in gear I only have high beams. If I put the car in gear before I turn the lights on the headlight indicator flashes rapidly . And then the service light shows up on the console!

Hi Freddy,

I suspect your wiring is corroded or are rubbed through. This is assuming you have ensured the bulbs are not burned out, because it appears the DRL and low beam use the same element in the bulb. However, due to the erratic nature that you describe, my bet would be on wiring.

I attached a video that shows a common problem that is on this vehicle. This is a pretty elementary video but it does show the issue very well.

Here are some resources as well that can help you with this type of testing:

Let me know what you find and we can go from there. Thanks
