2002 Chevy Cavalier front headlights

The driver side headlight does not work on low beam. It works with the High. I put a new bulb in and still not working. tried new bulb in other side and it worked. any help with this??

Believe it or not, if you are lucky, behind the lower left side of the dash in the fuse box, there are two seperate fuses for right and left headlights. Or check for power at the dark blue wire, it's the low beam power wire, also under the battery tray is a connector that corrodes, and the ground at the battery tray, thu a ground issue would cause dim light, not no light!
