Hello,

Car started with no crank, no start. On start dash would dim and found battery low on charge and starter seized. After charging the battery and replacing the starter, I was able to start my truck. Fast forward to the following day, I replaced my transmission fluid and then attempted to start the truck again. This time on startup when ignition is turned to start there is no crank, no start. Dash lights don't dim, they stay lite. The starter s terminal isn't getting power, I've also replaced the ignition switch and I'm still having the same issues. Swapped relays in fuse box and still no difference. Also there is a list of codes that I pulled, I will upload some of them as some of them I didn't save, but the key take away from the codes is that the first picture is all the codes present on initial startup, then second picture is after I have pulled the BCM and brushed off any corrosion with a tooth brush. The only codes that I didn't record that I feel may be important is the B1380.01 was original code for the ignition then after cleaning it went to B1380.06 and now it doesn't show that code at all now when I pull them.

I don't see the images or the codes. Also, can I ask if the security light is flashing when you try to crank the engine over? Here is the starter wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and which fuses to check. Also, I would double check the power at the trigger wire because it sounds like you have a defective starter motor.

This guide can help as well:

No, the security or anti-theft icon isn't blinking when I'm trying to crank the engine (it makes me think the B3055 fault code could be the issue? Because it's the only active fault left, but the anti-theft icon isn't actively on/blinking) I pulled the started completely out while still wired and had someone crank the ignition while I checked the s terminal, I can also jump the terminal and manually engage the starter. Also, I can manually engage the starter while installing it and the engine won't turn over. I'll take a look at those wiring diagrams, but here are the pictures. Going to try to upload them again.

Also, when trying to crank the ignition, it acts like the circuit isn't being completed. I say this because the dash lights don't dim at all as if no power is being drawn on anything in the crank position. Also, I had a lot of weird stuff happening in the interior of the cab before I brushed off the BCM, I believe it's not 100% and needs to be replaced. But it corrected the issues I had, which were random dim lights, flicker dash lights, radio randomly not on and wouldn't power on. I personally believe it's something within the wiring, BCM or ECM. I've been trying to trace back the wires. Knowing the entire ignition/starter wiring would be super helpful, so I can test voltages and see where I'm dropping voltage, I believe its dropping voltage or something not sending the voltage.

Also, looking at the wiring schematic, my ignition switch is a 5 pin, does the other 3 matter? I imagine they're for run and acc and a communication wire for BCM.

Yep, you have mostly BCM codes which seems like it is bad. I would use this guide and turn the systems on while testing the fuses and if all are good, I would replace the BCM.

You can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
