Hello,

I have a 2004 Nissan Sentra. I just bought it second hand 2 months ago. It started giving me starting problems and I got it checked and they said that I needed a fuel pump replacement. I went ahead and got that done. However, the car service people told me that the coolant in my car radiator leaks. But its not an external leakage as they checked for it. Every other day I need to put coolant in my radiator. They have no idea what is causing this and where the coolant is going. Please help me find the problem so that I can have it fixed.

First off, is you coolant in the reservoir boils over when you shut the car off? If it is, change your radiator cap.

If it isn't, do a compression and leak down tests. It will show if you have internal leaks (bad head gasket). Hopefully not.
